Description: Some tough mountain biking! Best tackled Spring to end of Summer. Plenty of climbing but some fabulous tracks and some nice swooping downhills - a good 3-4 hours when dry even for the fittest. (which isn't me - I won't say how long it took me but take food, gels, energy bars, drinks etc !!!)
