|Trail:||River Medway Strool|

|Description:||A walk along the "beach" on the River Medway and back through the countryside.
The walk starts in the car park by the Arethusa Centre, passes a World War 2 Pill Box, Elizabethian Fort, old Lightships, a church and a few pubs are close to the car park. I have found flint arrow heads on the beach, and there is an array of interesting objects to see.
Please be aware that parts of this walk are not passable at high tide and the car park is not open 24 hours (although it was still open at 10pm when I last walked this route).
