|Description:||Starting point Thornhill Arms 2 Station Rd, Rushton, Kettering NN14 1RL, take the footpath & pocket park sign opposite the pub. Going up a slight incline passing the pocket park entrance. Cross the railway bridge along a wide grassy track with tree dotted hedge on left. Continue for a further mile before going down hill with hedge now on the right.
After walking between fences you emerge onto the Corby/Desborough road, opposite a victorian gothic lodge. turn right then left into Pipewell follow this road until arriving at Abbey Church of Saint Mary Pipewell, before retracing your steps to the Victorian lodge follow road signposted Kettering [left] continue along this road passing lane marked unsuitable for heavy goods vehicles before turning right at sign and wooden bridge into field head SW towards top left corner of field continue along trail through the fields passing over a gravel track until arriving a railway track cross over the track until arriving at Rushton/Desborough rd, turn left. Continue along this road passing the Triangular Lodge turning right back into Rushton and Thornhill Arms.
