Trail: Grassington, Boss Moor, Bordley, Threshfield, Grassington (0)
Contributor: fws Activity Type: Walking Difficulty: Average Distance: 10.755 mi (17.309 km)
Description: A pleasant wander through rolling limestone country. Grassington has a full range of facilities including a National Parks Car Park with toilets (the recommended starting point), several good pubs and cafes, a couple of decent outdoor stores and a mini-market. There are also excellent pubs with good food in Linton and Threshfield but few car parking places on the route; there are no facilities and few opportunities for shelter elsewhere. The paths and tracks are all well-defined but may be muddy in parts after wet weather when boots are recommended; at other times, walking shoes will be adequate for most people.
